How eDeli Ordering Works

The short answer: Your customers order using your eDeli Ordering system.

The slightly longer answer:

Starting out. Your customers start at your web page where they can click a link to access your eDeli Ordering system which is hosted on our servers. If you don't have a web page, we can help with that too.
Placing their order. Now they browse through your menu and add the items they want to their order. Take a look at the demo to see it in action.
Pre-pay on all orders. From there, they enter their credit card information which is processed in real-time and the response is sent back to eDeli.
Order Up!. And finally, the order is sent to you via the notification method you have chosen (Fax machine or email).
